Miguel Madeira

Born on the Western edge of Europe, where the land meets the sea and the winds carry the warm scents of Africa, there is a country of friendly and hospitable people. Portugal, a country that needs to be deeply experienced to be understood. Immigrating to Toronto, Canada at the early age of 3, Miguel has lived in all 4 compass points within Toronto. Experiencing what a true multicultural city has to offer, from the familiarity of Portugal Village to an Italian sense of community at Dufferin and Lawrence. From there, back south to a mosaic window of cultures in the St.Lawrence Market area, then venturing to enjoy some fun in the sun in The Beach and back down to the Harbourfront. After that, westward to Bloor West Village and Finally settling on the edge of Toronto and Etobicoke. All those neighbourhoods, are all a part of me.

Miguel has always been in the sales/service industry and has enjoyed networking with people from an early age. It started in Women’s Fashion Industry, McDonald's, Men’s Fashion, Maintenance work, Ice-Rink Maintenance (that’s right - He CAN drive a zamboni!) Security, Harbour/Boating world, the restaurant world and the Car Industry. In all those previous fields Miguel excelled at a higher level of Customer Service over and above his peers, and brought that same dedication to his career. Miguel has been a Realtor since 2000, and has truly enjoyed helping people find a place to call home. Whether they are beginning their lives and looking at small rentals, landing career jobs, looking to buy their first condo/home, or moving up and planting roots in a neighbourhood they want to call home. Miguel enjoy’s being there every step of the way, and gives every client the same level of service and respect.

Being a remarried father of an active 10 year old boy has challenged him, but he loves every minute of it. Talk about having experience in problem solving! Coming from a long list of debaters, well, some might call them arguers.

As for accolades, since his first full year as a Real Estate Professional he has reached and maintained award winning levels for 15 consecutive years.

Said Warde

Born and raised in Montreal, he relocated to Toronto in 2005, leaving his banking career to join Air Canada. Throughout his numerous travels, he discovered the world and also developed a better appreciation for “the Small Apple” he now calls home.

His banking background helps him guide clients through the financing maze and mortgage-related questions. Add his Business and Interior Design degrees and you get the design savvy, analytical and detail-oriented professional who can help you sort through the list of properties on the market and provide you with keen advice on where to spend your hard-earned money. He is determined to help others, allowing them to find a great place to live, while taking comfort in knowing they have a great investment, as well.

Customer service has been at the heart of his life for as long as he can remember. It all started from helping his parents with their textile business, followed by his first position within RBC, to flying the skies of the world with Air Canada. It is now one of his keys to success in a very rewarding career as a professional Toronto real estate agent. Being the eldest of four children also taught him to focus on others from an early age and that has instilled a genuinely caring nature as one of his most notable attributes.

His persuit of a Real Estate career was driven by his passions for achitecture and interior design from a very early age, for which he also holds a bachelor degree.

Said has previously served for a total of four years as Treasurer, and Director at large, on the Condominium Board of the Bohemian Embassy located in the West Queen West Neighbourhood and was recently elected for a three year mandate on the Board of The Carlaw Condominiums where he currently resides in Leslieville.

Awards

Through hard work from day one, Said achieved a level of success that would take years to obtain for many other Realtors. He became a proud and consistent multiple award-winning real estate professional from the early stages of his career leading to the Royal LePage President Gold's Award in 2014 & The Diamond Award through his recently co-founded Carbon Real Estate Group in 2015.

What I Do For Fun

Outside of work, you will find him catching up with friends around good food and laughter. Chocolate and cheese are his ultimate peches mignons (guilty pleasures) and he believes that food and travel are life's most pleasurable things to enjoy and share with others! He also appreciates photography and creativity at large, ranging from painting to the performing arts. Shopping is another one of his fortes to which he often jokes about personal shopping being his retirement hobby!

Al Daimee

"I became the Realtor® that I wish I had when making my first purchase"

Al Daimee is one of the TOP 1% of real estate professionals in Downtown Toronto and has earned many accolades over his illustrious 11 year career, including several prestigious Royal LePage Diamond, Platinum and President’s Gold Awards. Al is driven to help future homeowners experience the same pride of ownership that he feels, while making a solid investment choice at the same time. His honesty, expertise, undying dedication to customer service and real estate savvy are the keys to his success and will be an immense benefit to anybody who works with Al.

Prior to his career in real estate, Al grew up helping his father with the family printing business and then became a sales professional in the printing and digital marketing production industry for 8 years. During that time, Al’s first foray into real estate involved the purchase of his first pre-construction home at the corner of King St. W. and Spadina Ave. in a mid-rise condominium called The Hudson, after doing much research and viewings of existing condominiums. The purchase proved to be a very wise investment and Al became acutely aware of his natural ability to identify quality real estate from the mainstream, as well as conceptualize a space from floor plan drawings.

Al was raised in the western half of the Greater Toronto Area from Etobicoke to Oakville. As a Ryerson University student through to today, he has lived in various Central Toronto neighbourhoods and developed a broad knowledge of our great city. Today, Al has made his home within Charlie Condominium, 30 stories above King Street West, enjoying breathtaking East, South and West views of the city, Lake Ontario and beyond. Aside from enjoying life with his fiancee and their two cats, Pandora and Thor, Al’s favourite moments at home are seeing the glow of a full moon over Lake Ontario or watching lightning storms and waiting for bolts of lightning to zap The CN Tower.
